Website submissions may contain your contact information, company information, property details, sourcing requirements, equipment information, career experience, and other details you choose to provide.

How request information is used

Proton uses submitted information to review requests, communicate with you, prepare scopes and quotes, coordinate business work, and review employment or provider interest.

Website submissions and files

Forms save submissions and uploaded files using the website’s hosting and storage services. Authorized Proton staff can review those details and files through a private request inbox. When email notifications are configured, a submission notification is also sent to contact@theprotoncompany.com through FormSubmit. A reference number identifies the saved website submission. Request lookup requires that reference and the email address supplied with the request.

Information to leave out

Do not send passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, protected medical information, export-controlled technical data, or unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms. Career applicants should also leave out government identifiers, banking details, and driver-license images.
